What we collect

When you place an order we collect your name, delivery address, phone number and (optionally) email — entered through our order form. We use a third-party form provider (Formspree) to receive these details by email.

How we use it

Solely to process, confirm and deliver your order, and to contact you about it. We do not use your details for unsolicited marketing, and we do not sell or rent your information to anyone.

Data retention & your choices

We keep order details only as long as needed for fulfilment and basic record-keeping. To request access to, or deletion of, your data, email pouchclub2025@gmail.com.

This site is for adults 18+. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
