Returns & refunds

We want every order to arrive perfect. Here's how we handle the rare case it doesn't.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at pouchclub2025@gmail.com with your order details and a photo. We'll arrange a free replacement or a full refund.

Hygiene & sealed products

Because these are consumable oral products, we cannot accept returns of opened or unsealed cans for hygiene and safety reasons. Unopened, factory-sealed cans in original condition may be eligible for return — contact us first.

Refund timeline

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days to the payment method agreed when you ordered.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled any time before dispatch — just message us.
